Men Act This Way’s key themes were developed through years of observation, mentorship, and hands-on experience working with young boys. These themes reflect the major strengths, opportunities, and vulnerabilities commonly seen in their academic, social, and personal development. By identifying these areas, the program is able to better guide, support, and equip young men with the tools they need to grow into confident, responsible, and successful leaders.
